My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She never had any complications with me, I grew up as a relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I'm the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший возраст для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не желательно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 33, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
