My mom gave birth at 34 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 34, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
