My mother gave birth at 34 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все связано с определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 34, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
