My mom gave birth at 36 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up as a relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was then. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут возникать среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 36, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
