My mom gave birth at 37 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут возникать среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 37, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
