My mother gave birth at 39 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will go smoothly too?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный период для рождения ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 39, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
