My mother gave birth at 39 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm in the same age category as well. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 39, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
