My mom gave birth at 39 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed quite painlessly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 39, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
