My mother gave birth at 41 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

Однако не нужно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 41, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
