My mom gave birth at 41 years old easily. She never had any problems during my pregnancy, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect easy childbirth?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее лучший период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 41, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
