My mother gave birth at 42 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will go smoothly too?

На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все связано с имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 42, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
