My mom gave birth at 43 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут возникать среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 43, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
