My mom gave birth at 43 with ease. She had no problems during my pregnancy, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I'm the same age as when she gave birth. Can I also expect that the delivery will be simple?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут возникать среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 43, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
