My mother gave birth at 47 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший период для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 47, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не бояться и довериться специалисту.
