My mother gave birth at 49 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 49, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
