My mom gave birth at 50 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению большинства акушеров-гинекологов наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 50, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
