My mother gave birth at 51 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that she was pregnant. What's amazing is that I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 51, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
