Мне биопорокс выписывали пшикать и гриппферон капать в нос. Хотя пишут, что беременным нельзя биопорокс. Вам бы морошку, бруснику и чай с чашелистиками морошки. Но это карельские ягоды. У вас наверно они не доступны
