My mom gave birth at 52 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 52, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
