My mother gave birth at 53 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I'm in the same age group. Can I also count on easy childbirth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 53, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
