My mom gave birth at 53 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my womb. What unexpected: I am as old as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется имеющимися характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 53, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
