Girls, can you tell me if you guys went for a walk today for about 20 minutes? We didn't even go that far, and started pain in my lower back, like with period cramps and pain in my pubic area and lower abdomen... Has anyone had this before?

Не норма, у меня с 8 недель так, угрозы были раннего выкидыша, слава Богу перебороли, на сохранениях была, и сейчас тоже так же болит, боюсь раньше времени родить
