My mom gave birth at 57 years old easily. She had no problems during my pregnancy, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be problem-free?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается конкретными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 57, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
