My mother gave birth at 58 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age category as my pregnancy. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 58, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
