I ran to a private (but very good) doctor. She looked at me with an ultrasound, listened and said that bleeding and pain were caused by vaginal use of Utrogestan. She encounters this not for the first time. In the end, she switched to oral Utrogestan plus Magne B6 and everything went away! Maybe it will be useful to someone...
