Если у вас простуда, желательно получать систему... Если ребёнок тоже заболел тогда ему тоже. И спокойно кормить грудью. Сейчас без антибиотиков нельзя

На сайте e-lactancia можете посмотреть препараты на совместимость с гв, поиск делаете по основному составу препарата. Активное вещество зитмака азитромицин, совместим с гв. Можете кормить.
