My last period was on October 8, 2022... According to the app, I am 12 weeks and 4 days pregnant, while according to my doctor, I am 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant. This calculation is confusing me... Any help?

You are originally 10w 4days pregnant. The first 2 weeks is gestational period, that's 2 weeks that u ain't pregnant, but it is added to the calculation... My last period was Oct 14th, I am 11w 5days pregnant which is 9w 5days..
