My last periods were on 8 October 2022... As per app i am 12 week 4days pregnant as per my doctor i am 10weeks 4days.... This calculation confusing me ..... Any help?

You are originally 10w 4days pregnant. The first 2 weeks is gestational period, that's 2 weeks that u ain't pregnant, but it is added to the calculation... My last period was Oct 14th, I am 11w 5days pregnant which is 9w 5days..
