Пользовалась приложением Дневник Малыша.С рождения выстраивала режим.Сейчас все строго по режиму.Бывает на скачки может бодрствовать дольше,но это очень редко бывает.В начале тоже ночью висела на груди.Возможно ребёнка что-то беспокоит к примеру жарко,душно в комнате,сопельки.Мы перед сном проветриваем комнату и увлажнитель воздуха работает.
