Girls, who had CS. Do you also have a sagging belly? How do they call it? Is it a valgus or a apron? In general, I can't determine if I have diastasis, or this is just a belly. Girls, after CS, can you get rid of the belly?

У меня было кс, но животик пришёл в норму уже через 3-4 месяца.

Живота не было уже через месяц после КС, видимо генетика, у меня мама худенькая и я стала еще худее после родов и живота нет. Иногда как будто немного надувается, если много поем вечером, а так нет. Вам можно уже все , что хочешь делать : и пресс качать, и вакуум и планки и т.д.
