Girls, hello. The baby is 12 days old. The umbilical cord fell off on day 5-6. The wound hasn't closed yet. There are still blood stains on clothes (5-6 drops). I treat it with peroxide and green antiseptic as suggested by the nurse. I try to dress her easily and don't cover the belly button with diapers. I haven't had such problems with my older child in 12 days. Is this normal that the wound hasn't closed after 12 days?
