У нас щас также, режим сбился(( Я пытаюсь настроить режим сейчас. Есть прогресс, раньше засыпал в 6 утра, сейчас уже уходим в ночной 1-2 ночи. Еще чутка, идеально было бы чтоб спал в 11 вечера. Ох, сколько намучились с мужем , почти месяц корректируем режим

После переезда режим сбился у нас. Раньше дочка засыпала в 10-11ч вечера, просыпалась покушать и дальше спала спокойно, сейчас до 4-5 утра ходим все, просыпается в 12-1 ч дня, стараюсь настроить режим пока успехов никаких. Пробывала сделать 1 дневной сон но все равно она сама засыпает в 11 вечера в любом месте и в час ночи просыпается бодрая весёлая ?
