Tell me if anyone has experienced this. I have a status of a low-income family and I am entitled not to pay for meals. In daycare I gave a certificate from July through December. In January I re-submitted the documents and got a certificate that only applied for the documents. Now the daycare requires me to pay for January as there is no specific documentation stating that I am a low-income family. But when I get the certificate it will say from January. What should I do? I can't pay.
