Я иногда пью парацетамол Его можно пить при беременности. Но я пью при нетерпимых болях

массаж шеи нужен и упражнения для шеи, улучшите кровоток - избавитесь от боли.

Можно выпить парацетамол или Спазмалгон (беременным можно!) Но лучше узнать причину таких болей,по возможности измеряйте давление хотя бы раз в день (когда вы спокойны и не совершали никаких физических упражнений) возможно давление беспокоит,но ещё как вариант,головные боли на фоне изменения гормонального фона
