I wanted to ask, I'm 39 weeks pregnant, EDD is March 7th, today I saw my gynecologist who examined the cervix and said it's still there, after the examination started feeling pain in my abdomen, pulling down like during menstruation, and when I got home I went to the bathroom and there was brown bleeding with blood. What could this be?
