Hello girls! So, my daughter's ears were pierced yesterday. They said to apply tetracycline ointment at home. So I did. Today one ear is red and swollen, it seems to be hardening. The other is soft and without redness. What could this be? How should I proceed? Should I remove the earrings? ? or will it pass by itself?? Below I attached a photo
