Корь всегда и везде по идее. На сколько я знаю, реакция на вакцину проявляется только на 5-12 день . То есть когда вы будете как раз планировать перелёт. У моих была сыпь, но не везде , темп не было. Тут не угадаешь , как отреагирует организм ребёнка.

Вакцину от кори получили пару недель назад. Реакции не было. Для спокойствия давала на ночь по 5 капель фенистила пару дней после прививки

Я за прививки независимо от второстепенных обстоятельств, всегда ставлю невзирая на поездки, дни рождения и лунный календарь)
