При беременности ничего не убирает боль на совсем, можно чуток облегчить бандажем, но спина все равно будет болеть, т.к. матка растягивается

Ничего не поможет советую вам много отдыхать чтоб постель было удобнее в этом периоде советую держать себя в тепле,тепло будете ходить вам будет легче
