Скорее всего акне ,если не ниже шеи то с большей вероятностью.

Акне новорождённых проходит к 3 месяцам самостоятельно. У дочки сыпь была на лице прям сильно, на шее и чуть на верхней части туловища. Прыщики то краснели, то бледнели и почти исчезали, но потом снова проявлялись.

Вера, Точно так же у нас , то появляются, то исчезают и так же на шее
