Girls, hi ? How are you guys doing? Who is at 38-39 weeks? When is the EDD? How are you feeling? A little fear of approaching childbirth appeared ? I go for walks before bed 4-5 thousand steps, watch movies and distract myself but when I remember that there's not much left, I get scared ?

Легких родов, смотрите видео про дыхание во вр родов) Читайте дуа, слушайте суры ?? Оставайтесь позитивной главное без паники ??

Во врем схваток попробуйте максимально расслабится тогда раскрытие быстрое будет , в принципе до 10 см все терпимо

Все боятся,я тоже боялась,но максимально себя настраивала на лёгкие роды и они прошли легко и быстро.Удачи вам?

Не бойтесь )) беременной остаться все равно не получится)) все будет хорошо, встреча с малышом это же здорово ? легких родов вам ?
