Постоянно .даже летом ,хоть этого врачи и не говорят .летом мы например не гуляем с 10 до 12 (когда необходим организму витамин д для лучшего усваивания) ,у нас очень жарко в такое время .гуляем только по вечерам .поэтому даже летом даю .
