Вообще сразу нельзя. Потому что пока матка и внутренние органы не восстановится вы будете их давить. И у вас будет опущение .

Nazik, Вы сначала родите. Там посмотрите живот останется или нет. Например у меня не было. Потом пойдет процесс восстановления. Вы главное мышцы восстановите( диастаз). Я упражнения делала.
