Hello everyone. Girls, question about weight. I gained around 16 kg before childbirth. 10 immediately went away. Now at 30 weeks I've gained 10kg and the doctor says that the gain should be stopped. But how? I eat twice a day. In the morning everything I want, including sweets. Usually salad with vegetables or without, or cottage cheese. And the weight still goes up. All analyzes are in normal range.
