Hello girls!!! ??? Small spots appeared on my fingernail (pinky), what could it be? There are no other symptoms.

У сына тоже появлялись из-за мыла , как перестала этим мылом мыть руки, прошло.. но пару дней назад снова заметила на пальце болячку с гнойничком
