Hello girls. I need advice, maybe someone has encountered such a problem. Breastfeeding is going well, but sometimes the breast starts hurting (cramping), but it's not a milk surge. If I can touch it and it's hard in some places when the baby sucks very painfully, but when the breast is empty everything goes away. What could this be? Maybe I'm getting sick of it.
