Girls, how do you know your ovulation day? On FLO it shows on the 14th day after menstruation, that is January 16th. The last day of menstruation was January 1st. Is there anyone who gets confused about this? Thanks??❤️

Flo считает автоматически 14 дней до окончания цикла исходя из средней продолжительности ваших предыдущих циклов. Точно вам скажет фоликулометрия (узи, где считают размер и количество фолликулов) и тесты на овуляцию, причем делать не один, а 2-3 штуки в день в течение всех дней предполагаемой овуляции. Как поймаете тест, где вторая полоска ярче первой - в ближайшие сутки произойдет овуляция
