На спинке непонятно ,вроде на лишай не похоже, понаблюдайте ещё. Может есть возможность показать ребенка доктору на всякий случай?На мошонке обычные опрелости. Достаточно просто больше без подгузника оставлять малыша и судокрем помогает отлично.

Katarina, А опрелости вот так там тут могут выходить как прыщи ? Обычно раньше покраснения бывали.

Лиза, У моего младшего бывают такие прыщи, может не связано с теми что на спинке..

Лиза, Я сейчас вспомнила что у старшего сына и у племянницы так проявлялся атопический дерматит. Тоже переживала что лишай. С тех пор 10 лет прошло, забыла ?
