Нормально,со временем выровняются, особенно когда основные полезут ряд гуляет пока все основные зубы не встанут ,дочери 12 до сих пор ещё двигаются

Вам лучше сходить к ортодонту на всякий случай думаю или изначально посоветуйтесь с педиатром
