The bride-to-be is in labor with toxemia, terrible. Dizziness, headache, body aches, and everything inside burns. She's torn twice and there's blood, it's unclear what this is connected to? They live in such a hole, excuse me that an ambulance can't help at all. Has anyone had vomiting with blood, could she have just damaged her throat during vomiting?
