Так сходите к педиатру и к хирургу У сына был прыщик подмышкой в 2 недели, оказалось что в роддоме схватили заразу, пришлось делать операцию под наркозом.

Похоже больше не на прыщик, а на фурункул. Больно когда к нему прикасаетесь? Лучше к врачу обратиться, пока не пошел сильный воспалительный процесс.
