Я мальтофер пью по 2 таблетки , плюс говядина, гранат, греча каждый день

Еште икру красную ,чёрную.Уменя так было, врачу посоветовал, быстро всё пришло в норму, и ?

So a doctor should prescribe medications to raise your hemoglobin. I was prescribed Gyno-Tardyferon.

I took Rotafer+, Gyno-Tandeferon tablets, but they didn't help, my hemoglobin didn't increase, whereas Sorbifer did an excellent job! It rose to normal, the doctor discontinued the medication and my hemoglobin doesn't drop anymore)

You can try pomegranate juice, but don't overdo it — it can sometimes increase tone.
